Buyers have a little more room to slow down, look at their options and make sure a home is really the right fit. But that doesn’t mean you can sit on THE ONE. A great house that’s priced right can still get attention quickly.

For sellers, PRICE MATTERS. Buyers are paying attention to condition, updates and how your home compares to everything else they’ve seen.

And this is probably the biggest thing I want people to know: there really isn’t ONE Billings market. What’s happening with homes around $350,000 can look completely different from what’s happening at $500,000, $700,000 or $1 million+.
