I’ll give you a heads-up a few days before the photographer arrives, and don’t worry about being home — my team will take care of everything. The session is quick, usually taking:

• Less than 30 minutes for smaller homes

• Less than 45 minutes for larger homes

And the best part? The photos and floor plan are included at no extra cost!

Tips to Help Your Home Shine

To help your home look its best, here are a few simple tips:

1. Tidy up and declutter: Less is more! A clean, clutter-free space will photograph better.

2. Hide personal items: We want buyers to imagine themselves in the home, not focus on your family photos.

3. Turn on the lights: Make sure every bulb is working, and turn on all lights to brighten up the space.

4. Pets out of sight: If you have pets, take them out or secure them during the photoshoot.

After the Shoot

Once the session is done, the photos will be ready in 48 hours. I’ll get everything online and ready to show to potential buyers. Your home will be live on the market and looking great!
